Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Chef de Ventes - Canal GMS et Entreprise - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale de son canal : Définir, exécuter et évaluer le plan d'actions de son canal :
  • Assurer un reporting régulier de ses activités : plan de travail, plan d'actions, veille de marché, etc:
  • Définir et répartir les objectifs de ventes entre les clients de son canal et veiller à leur réalisation :
  • Établir les prévisions (annuelles, mensuelles, hebdomadaires) de ventes et de recouvrements :
  • Assurer le suivi et le reporting des indicateurs de performance des canaux sous sa responsabilité ;
  • Recruter, fidéliser et développer le portefeuille de clients.
  • Définir et négocier les conditions commerciales avec les clients du portefeuille et veiller à leur respect ;
  • Assurer le recouvrement des créances clients :
  • Assurer le suivi des comptes clients : écritures, soldes, analyses, explications, etc;
  • Assurer l'excellence du service aux clients : communication, gestion des commandes, requêtes, plaintes, etc;
  • Assurer une couverture optimale des points de ventes et de consommation de son canal:
  • Assurer une disponibilité et une visibilité optimales des marques et produits de CBC dans les points de ventes et de consommation ;
  • Assurer l'encadrement, l'animation, le coaching et le développement de son équipe

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • BAC + 4/5 minimum en vente et gestion commerciale
  • Justifier dune expérience de 5 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire, de préférence dans les FMCG.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

  • Être capable de synthétiser et simplifier des choses complexes ; Excellentes capacités de planification ;
  • Maîtrise avancée du pack office et du logiciel SAGE GESCOM ; Capable de mener des négociations commerciales ;
  • Bonne connaissance en du fonctionnement de la chaine logistique ;
  • Capable d'élaborer et de gérer un budget en optimisant les coûts ;
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et coordonner plusieurs activités simultanément ;
  • Aptitude à collaborer avec des équipes cross-fonctionnelles ;
  • Avoir une forte capacité relationnelle, rédactionnelle :
  • Avoir une très bonne capacité analytique ;
  • Être capable de manager une équipe ;
  • Être structuré, force de conviction et avoir une forte capacité managériale ;
  • Être à mesure de faire des présentations à diverses audiences.
