La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tache suivante : Développer et gérer un portefeuille de clients professionnels afin de leur vendre des produits ou services adaptés à leurs besoins.

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Développer le portefeuille clients professionnels ;
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales ;
  • Contribuer activement à l'atteinte des objectifs de chiffre daffaires de lentreprise ;
  • Identifier, cibler et prospecter de nouveaux clients B2B (PME, grands comptes, collectivités) ;
  • Présenter et promouvoir les offres ou solutions de lentreprise ;
  • Assurer le suivi et la fidélisation des clients existants ;
  • Être linterlocuteur privilégié de ses clients ;
  • Mettre à jour le CRM avec les données clients et les étapes de prospection ;
  • Reporter régulièrement son activité commerciale auprès de la hiérarchie ;
  • Se tenir informé des tendances du marché et des concurrents.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'ivoire.

FORMATION

Le Commercial B2B H/F

  • Être titulaire dun Bac+2 en Marketing, Commerce ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier au minimum de deux (02) années d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

  • Bonne maitrise des techniques de vente et de négociation ;
  • Rédaction d'offres et de propositions commerciales ;
  • Maîtrise des outils CRM (ex : Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) ;
  • Élaboration de stratégies de développement commercial.

  • Bon niveau d'expression orale et écrite ;
  • Aisance relationnelle ;
