Le Commercial Béton Préfabriqué sera sous la supervision du responsable Commercial BPE.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Le Commercial Béton Préfabriqué développe les ventes de l'ensemble de la gamme d'éléments préfabriqués de l'entreprise (glissières, dalots, caniveaux, regards, agglos, bordures, pièces spéciales...). Il accompagne les clients BTP, analyse les besoins techniques et assure la rentabilité et la satisfaction client tout au long du cycle projet.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Prospecter et développer le portefeuille clients en béton préfabriqué ;
  • Analyser les plans, métrés et cahiers des charges pour définir la solution Préfabriqué adaptée ;
  • Préparer les offres commerciales : devis, quantitatifs, fiches techniques, conditions tarifaire ;
  • Négocier les prix, délais, volumes et modalités contractuelles avec les entreprises clientes ;
  • Suivre les commandes jusqu'à la livraison : coordination avec production, qualité et logistique ;
  • Assurer le suivi chantiers et traiter rapidement les réclamations éventuelles ;
  • Surveiller le marché, les projets BTP majeurs et les mouvements de la concurrence ;
  • Fournir un reporting régulier (devis, taux de transformation, ventes, prévisions) ;
  • Représenter l'entreprise auprès des bureaux d'études, majors, PME BTP, MOE/MOA et promoteurs.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC +3/5 en Génie civil, matériaux, commerce BTP ou équivalent;
  • Justifier de 3 à 7 ans dans la vente de produits BTP, idéalement béton préfabriqué.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

  • Maîtrise des plans, métrés, tolérances et caractéristiques techniques des éléments en béton ;
  • Très bon sens commercial, négociation avancée, relationnel client solide ;
  • Maîtrise d'Excel, CRM et ERP (Odoo est un plus) ;
  • Rigueur, autonomie, sens du terrain et forte orientation résultat ;
  • Permis de conduire indispensable.
