  • Le Commercial camion sera sous la supervision du Chef de vente et au Directeur de site.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITÉ ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

  • Commercial camion H/F
  • Prospection continue ;
  • Stratégie et suivi clients ;
  • Négociation et vente de camions HD ;
  • Connaissance produits ;
  • Reporting ;
  • Prospection continue ;
  • Prospecter le marché désigné, en collaboration avec les équipes de vente locales/ Nombre de prospects démarchés ;
  • Développer le portefeuille clients/ Nombre de nouveaux clients ;
  • Fournir un rapport mensuel sur les développements/ Nombre de rapports réalisés et partagés ;
  • Explorer les nouvelles perspectives d'affaires des clients existants ;
  • Analyser et effectuer un rapport sur le marché de la concurrence, leurs produits et leurs offres commerciales.

Stratégie et suivi clients

  • Supporter et mettre en œuvre la stratégie définie/ Support et coordination ;
  • Maintenir et améliorer la relation client/ Nombre de visites clients ;
  • Visiter régulièrement les clients ;
  • Développer et entretenir les fiches clients ;
  • Développer le Cross Functional Team pour s'assurer une collaboration interdépartement lors de la remise d'offre de vente.

Négociation et vente de camions HD

  • Réaliser et négocier les offres de camions et d'accessoires auprès des clients dont il a la responsabilité/ Chiffre d'affaires personnel ;
  • Superviser et contrôler les commandes/ Marge brute ;
  • Veiller à ce que les règles liées au financement et au contrôle de risques financiers et juridiques établies soient respectées/ Hit rate ;
  • Contribuer à la réalisation de l'objectif commercial/ Respect du délai de livraison.

Connaissance produits

  • Mettre à jour sa connaissance concernant les camions de manière à répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients ;
  • Assurer la diffusion de l'information auprès des autres commerciaux de la Société.

Reporting

  • Établir et suivre régulièrement l'Order Book qui inclut les différentes offres, en cours, manquées/ Rapport délivré ;
  • Établir un rapport mensuel sur la situation des clients et des activités/ Rapport délivré.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Diplôme requis : BAC+2/3 en gestion commerciale ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'une expérience d'au moins 3 années à un poste similaire.
