Le poste de Commercial sera sous la supervision du Responsable commercial.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

MISSIONS

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tâche suivante :

Participer au développement commercial de l'entreprise spécialisée dans l'aménagement et l'entretien des espaces verts, en contribuant à la prospection de nouveaux clients, au suivi des projets paysagers et à la promotion des solutions durables proposées.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Prospection et développement commercial

  • Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients (collectivités, entreprises, promoteurs immobiliers, particuliers) ;
  • Participer à la qualification des besoins des prospects en matière d'aménagement paysager et d'entretien ;
  • Contribuer à la préparation et au suivi des appels d'offres ou consultations.

Suivi et relation client

  • Appuyer l'équipe commerciale dans la gestion du portefeuille clients existant ;
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des propositions (devis, contrats, relances) ;
  • Participer aux rendez-vous clients, visites de sites et présentations des services.

Support aux projets d'espaces verts

  • Préparer des supports de présentation (fiches techniques, catalogues végétaux, plans simplifiés) ;
  • Suivre les projets en coordination avec les équipes techniques et les chargés d'études ;
  • Rassembler les informations nécessaires pour les réponses commerciales (plannings, coûts, fiches produits).

Apprentissage et montée en compétences

  • Développer sa connaissance des végétaux, des techniques d'aménagement et d'entretien ;
  • Comprendre les enjeux écologiques liés aux espaces verts (gestion de l'eau, biodiversité, essences locales) ;
  • Se former aux techniques de négociation et de fidélisation client dans le secteur.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac+2/3 en commerce, gestion, marketing ou diplôme équivalent ;
  • Avoir une expérience dans la vente ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 2 années d'expérience à une fonction similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

COMPETENCES

  • Connaissances de base en commerce et techniques de vente ;
  • Intérêt pour le paysage ou l'environnement ;
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) et idéalement d'un CRM.

QUALITES

  • Goût pour le contact humain et la relation client ;
  • Curiosité et motivation pour apprendre le domaine des espaces verts ;
  • Dynamisme, organisation et sens du service ;
  • Esprit d'équipe et adaptabilité.
