La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tâche suivante :

  • Développer les ventes et d'assurer la gestion quotidienne de la boutique, tout en garantissant une expérience client haut de gamme.

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Assurer la gestion opérationnelle et commerciale de la boutique ;
  • Accueillir, conseiller et fidéliser une clientèle exigeante ;
  • Développer et entretenir un portefeuille de clients existants et nouveaux ;
  • Mettre en valeur les collections et veiller au respect de limage de marque ;
  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente fixés ;
  • Former et accompagner les équipes de vente en boutique ;
  • Remonter les informations du marché et de la clientèle à la direction ;
  • Contribuer à des actions marketing et commerciales (événements, promotions, VIP).

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

COMMERCIAL -H/F

  • Être Titulaire d'un BAC+2 minimum en Gestion commerciale ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 3 années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire ;
  • Expérience significative dans le secteur du luxe (mode, prêt-à-porter, accessoires, bijouterie, cosmétique haut de gamme...) ;
  • Disposant d'un portefeuille clients (atout majeur).
