Le poste de Commercial Location de véhicule H/F sera rattaché à la direction commerciale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITÉ ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Commercial Location de Véhicule-H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Prospection et développement commercial :

  • Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients (particuliers et entreprises).
  • Développer et entretenir un portefeuille client existant.
  • Participer à des événements et salons professionnels pour promouvoir les services de location de véhicules

Vente de services de location

  • Accueillir et conseiller les clients sur les différentes options de location de véhicules ;
  • Proposer des offres adaptées aux besoins et aux budgets des clients ;
  • Finaliser les contrats de location et s'assurer de la conformité des dossiers ;
  • Assurer le suivi client, y compris la gestion des réservations et les modifications de contrat ;
  • Traiter les réclamations et les demandes des clients de manière efficace ;
  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente individuels fixés par la direction ;
  • Développer et entretenir des relations professionnelles avec les partenaires et les fournisseurs ;
  • Rendre compte de ses activités de vente au responsable hiérarchique.

Gestion administrative et contractuelle

  • Préparer et faire signer les contrats de location.
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers clients (réservations, modifications, réclamations).
  • Veiller au respect des procédures administratives et légales liées à la location de véhicules.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • BAC+2/3 en gestion commerciale ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'une expérience d'au moins 3 années à un poste similaire ;

EXPERTISE, SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITÉS RECHERCHÉES

  • Avoir la maîtrise des outils bureautiques ;
  • Avoir une sensibilité technique ;
  • Avoir une capacité d'organisation et de gestion ;
  • Savoir orienter les clients ;
  • Expérience significative dans la vente, idéalement dans le secteur de la location de véhicules.
  • Excellentes compétences de communication et de négociation ;
  • Sens du service client et capacité à établir des relations solides avec les clients ;
  • Bonne connaissance du marché de la location de véhicules ;
  • Expérience significative dans la vente, idéalement dans le secteur de la location de véhicules.
