RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le Commercial Senior Béton Préfabriqué sera à la Direction Commerciale.

MISSIONS,

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Développer le portefeuille clients, piloter les ventes de béton préfabriqué et assurer la croissance du chiffre d'affaires. Il/elle garantira la rentabilité des contrats, la satisfaction clients et le bon déroulement des livraisons en coordination avec la production et la logistique.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Développer le portefeuille clients en Béton Préfabriqué : prospection, fidélisation et négociation des contrats ;
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer les solutions en produits préfabriqués adaptées aux projets ;
  • Établir les offres commerciales, devis, bordereaux de prix et conditions de paiement ;
  • Assurer le suivi des commandes clients, de la prise de commande jusqu'à la livraison des produits préfabriqués sur chantier ;
  • Coordonner avec les équipes de production et de logistique afin de garantir la disponibilité des produits et le respect des délais de livraison ;
  • Assurer le suivi des chantiers clients, notamment sur les quantités, planning de livraison et priorités ;
  • Suivre la satisfaction client et gérer les réclamations en coordination avec les équipes Qualité et Technique ;
  • Analyser le marché, la concurrence et les prix afin d'identifier les opportunités commerciales et d'adapter la stratégie de développement ;
  • Assurer un reporting régulier de l'activité commerciale : chiffre d'affaires, marges, volumes, commandes et prévisions de ventes ;
  • Veiller au respect des politiques internes en matière de tarification, conditions commerciales, crédit et encaissements ;
  • Développer et entretenir les relations commerciales avec les majors du BTP, entreprises de construction, PME BTP, promoteurs et maîtres d'ouvrage.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC + 3/5 en commerce, génie civil, BTP, gestion ou Equivalent ;
  • Justifier de 3 à 5 ans commerciale dans le BTP, idéalement dans le Béton Préfabriqué.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

  • Bonne connaissance des produits béton, formulations de base, contraintes de pompabilité et logistique Béton Préfabriqué ;
  • Excellent sens de la négociation, du relationnel et du service client ;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs chantiers simultanément, avec discipline et réactivité ;
  • Bon niveau Excel et CRM / ERP (Odoo est un plus) ;
  • Permis de conduire indispensable.
