Le poste de Commercial Senior sera rattaché à la Responsable des Ventes.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Commercial Senior - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Vente : priorité absolue ;
  • Participer à l'élaboration de la politique commerciale et définir les plans d'action par zone ou segment de marché. Implémenter la stratégie commerciale ;
  • Prospecter de grands comptes et négocier des contrats cadres ;
  • Identifier les tendances de consommation et surveiller la concurrence pour adapter l'offre ;
  • Analyser les rapports de vente quotidiens et piloter l'atteinte des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs.

Cette liste de missions n'est pas exhaustive et pourra intégrer toute autre action nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l'activité de la société.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Commercial Senior - H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac+3/5 en commerce, marketing, gestion ou dans un domaine lié à l'agroalimentaire ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier de Minimum 5 ans minimum dans le secteur de la distribution de produits alimentaires congelés ou société disposant de grandes chambres froides ;
  • Avoir déjà géré un chiffre d'affaires mensuel minimum de 700.000.000 FCFA ;
  • Une spécialisation dans la vente de produits alimentaires surgelés ou en gestion commerciale peut être un atout.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Commercial Senior - H/F

  • Maîtrise parfaite des techniques de vente et des leviers de négociation avec des acheteurs professionnels ;
  • Excellente connaissance des produits vendus, des circuits de distribution et des normes d'hygiène/sécurité alimentaire ;
  • Avoir une expérience avérée dans le secteur de la distribution de produits alimentaires congelés d'origine animal et pâté de boeuf.
