Le poste de Commercial Stagiaire H/F sera rattaché à la Responsable commerciale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITÉ ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Commercial Stagiaire - H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Prospection commerciale :

  • Identifier et cibler de nouveaux clients potentiels à laide de techniques de recherche et de veille ;
  • Contacter les clients potentiels par téléphone, e-mail ou d'autres moyens de communication pour proposer les produits ou services de l'entreprise ;
  • Prendre des rendez-vous et participer à des réunions avec des clients potentiels.

Gestion de la relation client :

  • Maintenir un contact régulier avec les clients existants pour s'assurer de leur satisfaction et fidélisation ;
  • Traiter les demandes de renseignements, les questions ou les plaintes des clients de manière efficace et professionnelle ;
  • Mettre à jour régulièrement la base de données client avec des informations pertinentes.

Support aux ventes :

  • Aider à la préparation de présentations commerciales, de propositions et d'offres ;
  • Assister l'équipe commerciale dans le processus de vente, y compris les négociations et le suivi des ventes ;
  • Participer à la gestion des commandes et au suivi des livraisons.

Gestion administrative :

  • Assurer la gestion et la tenue à jour des dossiers commerciaux, y compris les contrats et les documents de vente ;
  • Préparer et envoyer les factures aux clients et assurer le suivi des paiements ;
  • Analyser et compiler les données commerciales pour soutenir les décisions de vente et de marketing.

Participation aux événements :

  • Assister aux salons, foires et autres événements commerciaux pour représenter l'entreprise ;
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe pour organiser et préparer les événements, y compris la logistique et les supports de vente.

Veille et analyse du marché :

  • Réaliser une veille concurrentielle et analyser les tendances du marché ;
  • Préparer des rapports sur la concurrence, les opportunités de marché et les nouvelles tendances.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Bac + 2/3 en marketing ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'une formation ou expériences dans la vente.

EXPERTISE, SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITÉS RECHERCHÉES

Savoirs

  • Bonnes connaissance des principes du marketing ;
  • Bonne connaissance des principes de la tarification ;
  • Force de négociation ;
  • Intérêt pour la technologie ;
  • Sens de l'innovation.

Savoir-Faire

  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
  • Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Esprit d'initiative et capacité à travailler de manière autonome ou en équipe.
  • Connaissance des outils informatiques (notamment Excel et logiciels CRM);
  • Esprit analytique et capacité à traiter et interpréter des données.
