RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le poste de Comptable – Agent de Recouvrement sera sous la supervision de la Direction Administrative et Financière.

MISSIONS,

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume aux tâches suivantes :

  • Assurer la comptabilité générale de la société, la facturation des prestations, le suivi et le recouvrement des créances clients, les déclarations fiscales et sociales, ainsi que la production des états financiers.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales fonctions et responsabilité du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Facturation : établir les factures clients (loyers d'amarrage, carburant, entretien et prestations diverses) et tenir le registre des factures émises ;
  • Comptabilité générale : saisir les opérations comptables dans SAGE SAARI, tenir les journaux, assurer le suivi des comptes clients et fournisseurs, et réaliser les rapprochements bancaires ;
  • Fiscalité et social : préparer les déclarations fiscales périodiques (TVA notamment) et les déclarations CNPS, et assurer le suivi des obligations fiscales et sociales ;
  • Recouvrement des créances : suivre les échéances, mettre à jour le tableau de suivi et la balance âgée, conduire les relances téléphoniques et écrites, les mises en demeure, le suivi des promesses de paiement et la préparation des dossiers contentieux ;
  • Encaissements : réceptionner et vérifier les justificatifs de paiement et tenir le registre des encaissements ;
  • Contrôle interne : contrôler les registres et fiches des services opérationnels (entrées/sorties des bateaux, fiches d'amarrage, carburant, interventions techniques, bons de commande et de livraison), les rapprocher des factures émises, et signaler immédiatement toute anomalie à la Direction ;
  • Reporting : produire les tableaux de bord financiers, les états de trésorerie, les rapports hebdomadaires d'impayés et mensuels de recouvrement, et préparer les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles avec recommandations d'amélioration.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+2/3 en Finances-Comptabilité ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum d'un an d'expérience à un poste combinant comptabilité et/ou recouvrement, idéalement en PME.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

  • Bonne connaissance de SAGE SAARI (Comptabilité 100) et du référentiel SYSCOHADA révisé ;
  • Bonne connaissance de la fiscalité ivoirienne et des obligations sociales (DGI, CNPS) ;
  • Excellent relationnel, fermeté courtoise et aptitude à la négociation, dans le respect des procédures de recouvrement ;
  • Rigueur, intégrité, sens de l'organisation, de la confidentialité et bonne capacité rédactionnelle (rapports, courriers de relance) ;
  • Bonne connaissance d'Excel et des outils bureautiques.
