  • Le Comptable sera sous la supervision du Directeur administratif et financier.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

MISSIONS

Comptable H/F

  • Réceptionner, vérifier et faire la saisie de toutes les factures dans le logiciel comptable;
  • Réceptionner, vérifier et faire la saisie de tous les justificatifs de dépenses ;
  • Faire le suivi et la comptabilisation des notes de frais ;
  • Envoyer des situations de paiements aux clients ;
  • Accueillir et faire le suivi du traitement ou du transfert des demandes téléphoniquement;
  • Archiver et classer des documents physiques ;
  • Gérer de la base de données de suivi des paiements ;
  • Créer les comptes clients et fournisseurs et assurer leur lettrage, vérifier, traiter et enregistrer les factures ;
  • Suivre les encaissements des clients et les règlements aux fournisseurs;
  • Traiter les retards, les réclamations, les litiges, gérer les dossiers en recouvrement amiable et contentieux judiciaire.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Etre titulaire d'un BAC+3/4 en finance comptabilité, en comptabilité ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 5 années d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du transport aérien ou à un poste similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES ET QUALITES RECHERCHEES

  • Etre rigoureux et avoir une bonne capacité de travail avec un minimum d'autonomie ;
  • Avoir une bonne maitrise des logiciels tel que : Word et Excel et d'autres logiciels comptables ;
  • Avoir la maitrise des réglementations comptables et fiscales ;
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des normes comptables nationales et internationales ;
  • Avoir une maitrise des logiciels bureautiques et de traitement comptable;
  • Avoir de la curiosité intellectuelle ;
  • Etre discret et bien organisé ;
  • Avoir un esprit de synthèse et d'analyse ;
  • Avoir de la rigueur dans le recueil et le traitement des données ;
  • Avoir une aisance relationnelle et avoir une forte capacité de travail.
  • Savoir bien s'exprimer en Anglais (écrit et oral) ;
  • Etre intègre et très professionnel ;
  • Avoir un très bon sens de l'organisation ;
  • Etre tenace et savoir résister au stress.
