Le/La Comptable Général(e) sera sous la supervision de la Direction du cabinet.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

MISSIONS

COMPTABLE GENERAL -H/F

Le Comptable ou la Comptable mettra en place une comptabilité fiable et conforme aux normes en vigueur au sein de l'entreprise, d'assurer le suivi, le contrôle et la consolidation de la comptabilité des trois autres entités rattachées.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

COMPTABLE GENERAL -H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Mise en place de la comptabilité

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre les procédures et outils comptables adaptés à l'entreprise ;
  • Créer les plans comptables, journaux et documents obligatoires ;
  • Assurer la tenue comptable initiale et constituer les archives comptables.

Suivi et contrôle comptables des autres entités rattachées

  • Collecter et vérifier les pièces comptables issue des autres entités ;
  • Réaliser les rapprochements bancaires entre les ventes, les encaissements et les dépôts bancaires ;
  • Contrôler périodiquement les caisses, stocks et inventaires ;
  • Analyser les écarts et proposer les actions correctives.

Comptabilité générale et reporting

  • Enregistrer et suivre toutes opérations comptables (achats, ventes, trésorerie, paie) ;
  • Etablir les déclarations fiscales et sociales périodiques ;
  • Produire les états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels ;
  • Participer à la préparation du bilan.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

COMPTABLE GENERAL -H/F

  • Être diplômé d'un Bac +3/4 en comptabilité, Finances, Gestion ou tout autre diplôme ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 3 années d'expérience professionnelle en comptabilité générale.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

COMPTABLE GENERAL -H/F

COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES

  • Connaissance des logiciels comptables (sage, saari, etc.) ;
  • Connaissance des normes comptables ;
  • Capacité à produire des reportings financiers fiables et réguliers ;
  • Maitrise de la comptabilité générale.

  • Leadership et capacité à manager des équipes ;
  • Sens de la rigueur, l'organisation et de l'autonomie ;
  • Excellente qualité relationnelle ;
  • Polyvalence et rigueur ;
  • Sens de la confidentialité ;
