Le poste de comptable H/F sera rattaché à la Direction générale.

Missions PRINCIPALES, RESPONSABILITÉS ET FONCTIONS

COMPTABLE H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Établissement des documents légaux et la tenue des comptes de l'entreprise, enregistrer les transactions comptables dans les livres comptables ;
  • Élaborer les balances de comptes, les comptes de résultats, les bilans comptables et les comptes d'exploitation pour les transmettre à l'expert-comptable ;
  • Rédiger les déclarations sociales et fiscales en collaboration avec l'expert-comptable ;
  • Assurer le suivi des factures clients, fournisseurs et la trésorerie de la société ;
  • Participer avec laide du contrôle de gestion à l'analytique, à l'analyse budgétaire et financière de l'entreprise.
  • Faire les chèques et ordres de virements ;
  • S'informer et appliquer les évolutions juridiques, sociales ou fiscales ;
  • Mettre en place des tableaux de bord de contrôle de gestion de la société.

Rattaché (e) aux collaborateurs en charge des clients, aux commerciaux, vous prenez en charge les clients grands comptes afin de réaliser les missions suivantes :

  • Relance clients par courriel et téléphone
  • Suivi de la balance âgée avec indications des actions de relance en cours
  • Lettrage des comptes clients dans l'outil comptable (Sage 100)
  • En lien avec l'agence commerciale, suivre les encaissements, avoirs et déductions des clients pour régularisation comptable.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BTS, DUT, DEUG, LICENCE option comptabilité, audit, contrôle de gestion ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 2 à 3 années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire.
  • Avoir évolué dans le secteur immobilier serait un atout.
