RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le poste de Comptable Senior sera rattaché à la Direction Générale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Gérer la trésorerie, suivre les comptes mensuels et les besoins en fonds de roulement, élaborer les prévisions budgétaires, assurer les négociations bancaires ;
  • Effectuer les révisions comptables partielles, assurer les écritures comptables d'immobilisation, élaborer le bilan, le compte de résultat et ses annexes, le dossier justificatif de la balance de fin d'exercice ;
  • Vérifier et enregistrer les pièces comptables justificatives (factures d'achat et de vente, reçus, quittances, bordereau récapitulatif des cotisations, journaux de paie, notes de frais) ;
  • Établir les prévisions budgétaires, calculer les provisions de fin d'exercice, calculer l'impôt sur les sociétés, gérer les dossiers de contentieux de la comptabilité auxiliaire ;
  • Réaliser des diagnostics financiers, définir la stratégie comptable et suivre son application ;
  • Préparer l'audit annuel de l'entreprise ;
  • Produire le prévisionnel financier (tableaux de synthèse, outils de reporting, tableaux prévisionnels), optimiser les outils décisionnels ;
  • Informer, conseiller les dirigeants dans leurs décisions stratégiques ;
  • Administrer le personnel (congés payés, paie, déclaration sociale nominative) ;
  • Administrer les ventes : factures, encaissements, litiges clients fournisseurs.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+4/5 en finance/comptabilité ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 7 années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire.

  • Bonnes connaissances des normes comptables nationales et internationales ;
  • Maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques et de traitement comptable et fiscal.
