  • Le poste de Comptable Senior intérimaire sera rattaché au chef comptable.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Le Comptable Senior intérimaire – H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Analyse de l'existant (ancien ERP, logiciels comptables, fichiers Excel, bases UNIT4, etc.) ;
  • Cadrage et pilotage de la reprise des données vers Sage X3 ;
  • Mapping du plan comptable, journaux, taxes et axes analytiques vers Sage X3 ;
  • Analyse de comptes dans SAGE X3 ;
  • Préparation et contrôle des fichiers d'import (CSV, formats Sage X3) ;
  • Tests d'importation et contrôles des soldes avant/après migration ;
  • Analyse et justification des écarts de reprise ;
  • Intégration des états de rapprochements bancaires.

Cette liste de missions n'est pas exhaustive et pourra intégrer toute autre action nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l'activité de la société.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Le Comptable Senior intérimaire – H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+2/3 en Comptabilité, Finance ou Gestion ou tout autre diplôme équivalent.
  • Justifier de minimum deux (2) années d'expérience en comptabilité à un poste similaire.
  • Expérience obligatoire dans au moins un projet de migration vers Sage X3.

  • Connaissance de sage X3 obligatoire
  • Rigueur et sens élevé du contrôle
  • Esprit d'analyse et capacité de synthèse
  • Autonomie et sens des responsabilités
  • Bonne communication avec IT, intégrateur et équipes métiers
  • Capacité à travailler sous contraintes de délais (cut‑off, clôture, bascule)
  • Très forte maîtrise d'Excel (TCD, formules avancées, contrôles de cohérence)
  • Capacité à traiter des volumes importants de données
  • Bonne compréhension des flux ERP et logique base de données
  • Excellente maîtrise de la comptabilité générale
  • Capacité à sécuriser les balances, journaux et écritures
  • Maîtrise des normes comptables locales (CIMA)
  • Connaissance des modules : Comptabilité Générale, Tiers, Immobilisations
