Le poste de Consultant Responsable des opérations H/F sera rattaché à la direction générale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITÉ ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Consultant Responsable des opérations - H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Évaluer les processus existants, d'identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à optimiser les opérations.
  • Collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes pour promouvoir un environnement de travail efficient et de qualité.

Analyse des processus

  • Examiner les processus de travail existants liés à la caisse, à l'accueil et à la gestion des rendez-vous ;
  • Identifier les points forts et les faiblesses de l'organisation en termes d'efficacité opérationnelle ;
  • Recueillir des données et des feedbacks auprès des employés et des clients pour évaluer les besoins et les défis.

Développement de procédures solides

  • Concevoir et mettre en place des procédures opérationnelles standardisées pour optimiser les processus de caisse, d'accueil et de gestion des rendez-vous ;
  • Élaborer des directives claires et des protocoles pour assurer une cohérence dans les opérations quotidiennes.

Proposition d'actions correctives

  • Formuler des recommandations pour remédier aux lacunes identifiées dans les processus opérationnels ;
  • Élaborer des plans d'action détaillés pour mettre en œuvre les améliorations nécessaires.

Accompagnement au changement

  • Collaborer avec les équipes concernées pour faciliter la mise en œuvre des changements organisationnels ;
  • Fournir un soutien et une formation aux employés pour les aider à s'adapter aux nouvelles procédures et pratiques.

Évaluation et suivi

  • Évaluer régulièrement l'efficacité des initiatives mises en œuvre et apporter des ajustements si nécessaire ;
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance clés liés à la caisse, à l'accueil et à la gestion des rendez-vous pour mesurer les progrès réalisés.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Bac + 5 en Administration de la Santé ou en Gestion des Services de Santé ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'une expérience de 10 années d'expérience professionnelle dans un emploi similaire dans le domaine médical.

Savoirs

  • Solides compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes ;
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en travail d'équipe ;
  • Capacité démontrée à élaborer et à mettre en œuvre des plans d'action ;
  • Connaissance approfondie des meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion des opérations ;
  • Expérience préalable dans le domaine médical ou de la santé (préférable).
