Le poste de Consultant Senior Événementiel / Marketing sera sous la supervision du Directeur de l'agence.

MISSIONS,

Consultant Senior Événementiel / Marketing – H/F

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tâche suivante :

  • Être le garant de la bonne exécution des dispositifs de communication et d'activation marketing, du respect des délais, des budgets et de la satisfaction client.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Consultant Senior Événementiel / Marketing – H/F

La responsabilité et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Pilotage opérationnel des projets

  • Planifier et coordonner les projets (événementiels, marketing opérationnel, activations, lancements) ;
  • Élaborer les rétroplannings et assurer le suivi des deadlines ;
  • Superviser la production des livrables ;
  • Garantir la qualité d'exécution et la cohérence avec la stratégie client ;
  • Assurer le suivi budgétaire et la rentabilité des projets.

Organisation d'événements

  • Concevoir et piloter des événements (lancements, séminaires, conventions, activations terrain, salons) ;
  • Gérer la logistique globale (lieux, prestataires, intervenants, coordination technique)
  • Superviser la production sur site ;
  • Anticiper les risques et gérer les imprévus.

Marketing opérationnel

  • Déployer des campagnes terrain et dispositifs d'activation ;
  • Piloter les opérations promotionnelles ;
  • Assurer le suivi des performances et produire des bilans opérationnels ;
  • Optimiser les dispositifs en fonction des résultats.

Relation client

  • Être l'interlocuteur principal des clients sur les sujets opérationnels ;
  • Animer les réunions projets et comités de pilotage ;
  • Présenter les recommandations opérationnelles ;
  • Assurer un reporting régulier et structuré.

Management & Coaching d'équipe

  • Encadrer et faire monter en compétences l'équipe projet ;
  • Organiser la répartition des tâches et priorités ;
  • Instaurer des méthodes et outils de suivi efficaces ;
  • Garantir une dynamique collaborative et performante.

Indicateurs de performance (KPIs)

  • Respect des délais et budgets ;
  • Taux de satisfaction client ;
  • Rentabilité des projets ;
  • Performance des dispositifs marketing déployés ;
  • Engagement et performance de l'équipe.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Consultant Senior Événementiel / Marketing – H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac +2 en en communication, marketing ou gestion de projet ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 5 à 8 années d'expérience en agence ou environnement exigeant ;
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion d'équipe ;
  • Expérience terrain en événementiel indispensable.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Consultant Senior Événementiel / Marketing – H/F

Connaissances techniques :

  • Solide expérience en organisation d'événements ;
  • Expertise en marketing opérationnel ;
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (Trello, Asana, Monday, Notion, etc.) ;
  • Maîtrise des outils CRM et de suivi client ;
  • Capacité à construire et piloter un budget ;
  • Excellente capacité de reporting.
