RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le Contrôleur de Gestion industrielle sera sous la supervision de la Direction Générale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Concevoir, structurer et piloter le dispositif de contrôle de gestion industriel sur l'ensemble des sites de l'entreprise. Il/elle agit comme un partenaire stratégique de la Direction pour garantir la fiabilité des coûts, la maîtrise des marges et l'amélioration de la performance opérationnelle.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Créer et structurer le département Contrôle de Gestion, en lien avec la Direction Financière et les sites de production ;
  • Mettre en place et suivre les tableaux de bord de performance industrielle (production, coûts, rendements, rebuts, énergie, maintenance) ;
  • Analyser les écarts entre coûts réels et standards (matières premières, main-d'œuvre, énergie, maintenance) ;
  • Établir les coûts de revient par produit, par ligne et par site ;
  • Consolider et suivre les indicateurs de marge opérationnelle et de productivité ;
  • Participer à la construction budgétaire industrielle et au suivi mensuel des écarts ;
  • Collaborer avec la production pour optimiser les ratios de consommation et de rendement matière ;
  • Mettre en place des outils d'analyse des rebuts, arrêts machines et consommations anormales ;
  • Produire les reportings de performance (hebdomadaires et mensuels) à destination de la Direction Générale ;
  • Contribuer à la digitalisation du contrôle de gestion via l'ERP et des outils BI (Excel, Power BI) ;
  • Être force de proposition dans la réduction des coûts et l'amélioration de la rentabilité industrielle.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC + 3/5 e Finance, Contrôle de Gestion, Ingénierie industrielle ou Audit de gestion ;
  • Justifier de 8 à 12 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion, dont au moins 5 ans dans un environnement industriel (BTP, matériaux, production).

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

  • Solide maîtrise de la comptabilité analytique et du calcul des coûts de revient industriels ;
  • Bonne compréhension des processus de production, maintenance, logistique et achats ;
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel avancé, des ERP industriels (Odoo, SAGE, etc.) et des outils BI (Power BI) ;
  • Leadership, autonomie, sens de l'analyse et esprit structurant ;
  • Capacité à dialoguer à la fois avec la direction financière et les responsables de production.
