Le poste de Contrôleur de Gestion sera rattaché à la Direction Financière.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Contrôleur de Gestion - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Mesurer, contrôler et prévoir les résultats opérationnels de l'entreprise (indicateur,
  • tableaux de bord, contrôle des risques financiers et écarts avec les prévisions) ;
  • Superviser les clôtures de comptes ;
  • Assurer le reporting des résultats au comité de direction (analyses mensuelles,
  • réalisation d'études économiques et financières, synthèse d'information) ;
  • Participer à la définition des objectifs de l'entreprise ou d'un service, à partir des
  • éléments donnés par les autres services ;
  • Collecter les informations financières et comptables de la société ;
  • Calculer le taux de résiliation du portefeuille de contrats d'assurance;
  • Identifier, interpréter et signaler les écarts entre les données réelles et les données;
  • prévisionnels en matière d'indicateur de gestion ;
  • Elaborer les outils tels que les indicateurs, tableaux de bord qui font apparaître les résultats de l'entreprise (production, activité, commerciale, rentabilité des investissements) ;
  • Mise en place d'une comptabilité analytique ;
  • Collecter et diffuser les documents relatifs à l'élaboration des budgets ;
  • Analyser les écarts existants entre les réalisations et les prévisions ;
  • Assister la comptabilité : suivi de la tenue du budget, comparer les données comptables avec les résultats des reportings, contrôle des inventaires ;
  • Analyser les prix de revient, les coûts, l'évolution des marchés ;
  • Fournir aux dirigeants un reporting régulier sur la structure (entreprise, service, administration) ;
  • Contrôler et optimiser les ressources, et fournit des objectifs opérationnels ;
  • Aider au dialogue de gestion autour de la recherche de la performance (moyens, objectifs, résultats) et contribue au processus budgétaire ;
  • Etablissement des états CIMA ;
  • Effectuer des tâches ponctuelles à la demande du directeur Pôle Finances & Comptable.

Cette liste de missions n'est pas exhaustive et pourra intégrer toute autre action nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l'activité de la société.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Contrôleur de Gestion - H/F

Être titulaire d'un Bac + 4/5 en Finance, Gestion ou Audit ou tout autre diplôme

équivalent ;

Justifier de Minimum 5 années d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire

dans le domaine de l'assurance.

Une expérience d'au moins 3 en cabinet d'audit serait appréciée.
