MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

COORDINATEUR BIM - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Piloter la coordination BIM entre les différents intervenants (architectes, BET structure, BET fluides);
  • Contrôler la conformité, la qualité et la cohérence des maquettes numériques produites par les partenaires externes;
  • Fédérer les maquettes et réaliser les clash détections pour anticiper les conflits entre corps d'état:
  • Mettre en place et gérer l'environnement commun de données (CDE).
  • Participer à l'élaboration et au suivi du BEP (BIM Exécution Plan);
  • Générer des extraits exploitables (plans, quantitatifs, DOE numériques);
  • Accompagner les équipes internes (conducteurs, chefs de chantier) dans la lecture et l'exploitation des maquettes;
  • Mettre en place la structure BIM du projet (normes, conventions, formats, flux de travail);
  • Animer les réunions de coordination BIM (revues de maquettes, synthèse technique);
  • Gérer les plateformes collaboratives (ex. BIM 360, Trimble Connect, Bricsys, etc);
  • Suivre le planning des échanges BIM et les livrables de chaque intervenant;
  • Réaliser les revues de maquettes (Navisworks, Solibri, etc);
  • Produire ou superviser la production de la maquette fédérée;
  • Émettre des rapports de conflits (clash reports) et assurer leur traitement;
  • Participer à la mise en place de solutions BIM pour le chantier (4D, QR codes, relevés terrain).

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'ivoire.

FORMATION

COORDINATEUR BIM - H/F

  • Être titulaire au minimum d'un Bac +3/5 (BTP, architecture, ingénierie ou spécialisation BIM)
  • Justifier de minimum 03 années minimum dans un environnement BIM, idéalement sur des projets en exécution.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

COORDINATEUR BIM - H/F

  • Connaissance des formats IFC, normes ISO 19650;
  • Maîtrise d'au moins un outil de modélisation (Revit, Archicad, Tekla);
  • Connaissance des outils de coordination (Navisworks Manage, Solibri, BIMcollab);
  • Lecture de plans, compréhension des logiques de chantier;
  • Rigueur et organisation;
  • Bon relationnel et diplomatie;
  • Capacité à anticiper les problèmes techniques;
  • Pédagogie pour accompagner les équipes chantier dans la transition numérique.
