Le poste de Coordinateur de Projets Stratégiques sera sous la supervision du Directeur des Opérations.

MISSIONS,

Coordinateur de Projets Stratégiques – H/F

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tâche suivante :

  • Assurer le pilotage opérationnel, la coordination terrain et le suivi stratégique de projets multisectoriels.

Coordinateur de Projets Stratégiques – H/F

Les principales fonctions et responsabilité du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Gestion et coordination des projets

  • Assurer le suivi opérationnel quotidien des projets en cours ;
  • Coordonner les équipes internes, prestataires, consultants et partenaires externes ;
  • Veiller au respect des délais, des priorités et des objectifs fixés ;
  • Assurer une présence terrain régulière afin de superviser l'exécution des activités ;
  • Identifier rapidement les blocages opérationnels et proposer des solutions concrètes.

Planification et suivi opérationnel

  • Participer à la planification des différentes phases des projets ;
  • Suivre les plans d'action, échéanciers et livrables ;
  • Assurer la mise à jour régulière des outils de suivi et reportings ;
  • Produire des rapports opérationnels clairs et structurés à destination de la Direction.

Gestion des risques et optimisation

  • Anticiper les risques opérationnels, logistiques et organisationnels ;
  • Contribuer à l'optimisation des ressources, coûts et délais ;
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de gestion de projets.

Coordination stratégique

  • Participer aux réunions de suivi avec les parties prenantes ;
  • Assurer la circulation fluide des informations entre les différents départements ;
  • Contribuer à la structuration et à l'organisation des projets futurs ;
  • Appuyer la Direction dans certaines analyses opérationnelles et stratégiques.

Structuration et montée en compétences des équipes

  • Identifier les besoins organisationnels et opérationnels des équipes terrain ;
  • Participer à la mise en place de procédures, outils et standards de travail ;
  • Contribuer à la coordination des formations internes et au suivi des équipes si nécessaire.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Kolwezi, République Démocratique du Congo.

FORMATION

Coordinateur de Projets Stratégiques – H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC + 3 en ingénierie, gestion de projet, management, logistique, administration ou domaine équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'une expérience de minimum 3 à 7 ans d'expérience en gestion ou coordination de projets ;
  • Expérience terrain fortement appréciée ;
  • Une expérience dans le BTP, l'infrastructure, le mining, la logistique, les projets industriels ou un environnement multisectoriel constitue un atout.

  • Excellente capacité d'organisation et de priorisation ;
  • Forte autonomie et sens des responsabilités ;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément ;
  • Bonne gestion de la pression et des imprévus ;
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de coordination ;
  • Esprit analytique et orientation solution ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de reporting et de suivi opérationnel.
  • Français obligatoire ;
  • Anglais professionnel ou technique apprécié.
