Le Cost Controller - H/F sera rattaché au Finance Manager/Project Manager.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

  • Le Cost Controller sera responsable du suivi, de l'analyse et de la gestion de tous les coûts associés aux projets pétroliers et gaziers en amont.

Support to Production Engineering: Gestion et contrôle des coûts :

  • Développer et maintenir des systèmes de contrôle des coûts afin d'assurer un suivi précis des dépenses du projet.
  • Contrôler les budgets des projets, les coûts réels et les coûts prévisionnels afin d'identifier les écarts et les dépassements de coûts potentiels.

Budgétisation et prévisions :

  • Aider à la préparation des budgets de projets et des prévisions financières.
  • Analyser les données relatives aux coûts afin de fournir des projections et des rapports précis et opportuns.

Rapports et analyses :

  • Préparer et présenter des rapports détaillés sur les coûts aux chefs de projet et à la direction.
  • Effectuer une analyse des écarts pour expliquer les déviations par rapport au budget et recommander des actions correctives.

Soutien aux projets :

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de projet afin de fournir des informations financières et de soutenir la planification et l'exécution des projets.
  • Veiller à ce que tous les coûts des projets soient enregistrés et déclarés avec précision, conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise et aux normes du secteur.

Amélioration des processus :

  • Identifier les possibilités de réduction des coûts et d'amélioration des processus.
  • Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques en matière de contrôle des coûts et de gestion financière.

Conformité et audit :

  • Veiller au respect des politiques et procédures financières internes.
  • Aider aux audits internes et externes en fournissant la documentation et les explications nécessaires.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en COTE DIVOIRE.

FORMATION

  • Licence en finance, comptabilité, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le contrôle des coûts, l'analyse financière ou la comptabilité, de préférence dans l'industrie pétrolière et gazière.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES ET QUALITES RECHERCHEES

  • Solide compréhension des principes de contrôle des coûts et de la gestion financière.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels et outils financiers (par exemple, SAP, Oracle, Excel).
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.
  • Souci du détail et de la précision.
