MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Le dermo- conseiller H/F

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tache suivante :

  • Apporter un conseil personnalisé aux clients en matière de soins dermo- cosmétiques, assurer la promotion des produits adaptés à leurs besoins et contribuer au développement des ventes et à la satisfaction client en tant que conseillère au sein du centre.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Accueillir, écouter et conseiller les clients sur les soins dermo- cosmétiques adaptés à leurs types de peau et leurs besoins spécifiques ;
  • Réaliser des diagnostics de peau simples pour orienter efficacement les clients ;
  • Promouvoir les produits et les marques partenaires de manière experte et personnalisée ;
  • Participer à l'atteinte des objectifs de vente individuels et collectifs ;
  • Fidéliser la clientèle en offrant un service de qualité et des conseils sur-mesure ;
  • Mettre en valeur les produits en rayon selon les règles de merchandising (facing, réassort, propreté) ;
  • Animer le point de vente lors d'opérations commerciales (tests produits, offres spéciales, mini-ateliers beauté) ;
  • Assurer le suivi des stocks et participer aux inventaires ;
  • Se tenir informée des nouveautés produites, des tendances du marché et des évolutions dermo- cosmétiques.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote divoire.

FORMATION

Le dermo- conseiller H/F

  • Être titulaire dun BAC+ 2 en Esthétique et cosmétique, dune formation en dermo- cosmétique ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier au minimum de deux (02) années professionnelles.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

Le dermo- conseiller H/F

COMPETENCES

  • Maîtrise des gammes de soins dermo- cosmétiques (nettoyants, hydratants, soins ciblés, solaires, etc.) ;
  • Capacité à réaliser un diagnostic de peau simple ;
  • Compétences en vente conseil ;
  • Connaissance des règles dhygiène, de sécurité et de présentation en point de vente ;
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques de caisse et de gestion de stock.

  • Aisance relationnelle ;
  • Écoute active, empathie ;
  • Présentation soignée et attitude professionnelle ;
  • Dynamisme, autonomie et sens de linitiative ;
  • Esprit déquipe et adaptabilité ;
