MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Directeur Développement Logiciel et Software - H/F

La mission principale du titulaire du poste est la suivante : Le Directeur Développement Logiciel et Software est responsable du pilotage stratégique, organisationnel et opérationnel de la Digital Factory et le Data analyse.

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Pilotage stratégique et gouvernance

  • Définir et porter la vision stratégique de la Digital Factory ;
  • Traduire les orientations de la Direction Générale en roadmaps digitales exécutables ;
  • Mettre en place et animer les instances de gouvernance et de pilotage;
  • Arbitrer les priorités transverses et sécuriser les décisions structurantes;
  • Piloter les indicateurs de performance (delivery, qualité, coûts, risques).

Organisation et management

  • Déployer et consolider l'organisation cible de la Digital Factory ;
  • Clarifier les rôles, responsabilités, interfaces et RACI entre départements et services ;
  • Accompagner les responsables de départements dans leur montée en maturité managériale ;
  • Développer une culture de performance, de responsabilisation et d'amélioration continue ;
  • Piloter les plans de recrutement et de développement des compétences.

Pilotage des projets et produits

  • Superviser le portefeuille de projets et de produits logiciels stratégiques ;
  • Sécuriser la livraison des projets à fort enjeu métier et institutionnel ;
  • Garantir la cohérence des architectures applicatives et data ;
  • Anticiper et gérer les risques techniques, organisationnels et opérationnels ;
  • Garantir la qualité globale des livraisons logicielles ;
  • Superviser la stratégie QA, tests automatisés et assurance qualité ;
  • Veiller à la continuité de service et à la performance du support applicatif ;
  • Mettre en place des standards de delivery robustes et mesurables.

Data, analytics et gouvernance

  • Piloter la stratégie data et décisionnelle de lentreprise ;
  • Superviser la mise en place et lévolution des plateformes data (DWH, Data Lake) ;
  • Garantir la gouvernance, la qualité, la conformité et la valorisation des données ;
  • Accompagner les directions métiers dans lusage stratégique de la donnée ;
  • Représentation et communication ;
  • Représenter la Digital Factory auprès de la Direction Générale et des directions métiers ;
  • Interagir avec les partenaires technologiques et prestataires stratégiques ;
  • Produire un reporting exécutif clair, synthétique et orienté décision.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Directeur Développement Logiciel et Software - H/F

  • Être titulaire dun BAC+5 en informatique, ingénierie, systèmes dinformation ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier de Minimum 7 années dexpérience dans des fonctions de direction ou de pilotage IT /Digital ou à un poste similaire ;
  • Une expérience avérée dans : la direction de projets complexes, la structuration d'équipes de développement et data ou de la transformation digitale d'organisations.

Une expérience dans des environnements réglementés, multi-sites ou à forte criticité opérationnelle est un atout.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

  • Forte culture en développement logiciel, architectures applicatives et DevOps ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des enjeux data, BI, gouvernance et qualité des données ;
  • Pratique confirmée des méthodes Agile / Produit ;
  • Leadership, capacité darbitrage et vision stratégique ;
  • Excellente communication avec des interlocuteurs techniques et métiers.
