Le finance sourcing advisor - H/F sera sous la supervision du Manager Finance.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

  • Contrôler et optimise l'utilisation des ressources d'approvisionnement afin de garantir la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux à court et à long terme de l'organisation ;
  • Fournir une aide à la décision significative au responsable du sourcing tout en influençant et en remettant en question les décisions clés ;
  • Suivre les performances financières et commerciales et entreprendre des analyses financières pour mener des analyses de rentabilité ;
  • Fournir de manière proactive des informations sur les opportunités et les risques commerciaux ainsi que sur l'impact financier respectif au responsable de l'approvisionnement.
  • Contribuer au développement de la stratégie commerciale ;
  • Faciliter les processus de planification stratégique dans l'ensemble de l'activité d'approvisionnement, de nettoyage et de séchage.
  • Soutenir le dirigeant dans la préparation et la détermination des objectifs commerciaux, des stratégies et des tactiques.
  • Assurer une bonne compréhension et un bon contrôle des opérations d'approvisionnement et veiller à ce que toutes les informations nécessaires soient enregistrées dans le système d'information approprié
  • Garantir l'intégrité et l'efficacité des contrôles financiers dans les sites d'approvisionnement.
  • Soutenir les détenteurs de budget sur la préparation des budgets d'exploitation et des plans de capex.
  • Effectuer des examens de la gestion des opérations et des affaires.
  • Fournir des aperçus sur les opportunités d'amélioration financière et soutenir le Leader pour les réaliser.
  • Fournir à l'entreprise et à la direction un soutien analytique pour permettre une compréhension de la dynamique de l'entreprise.
  • Développer, analyser et présenter les résultats financiers à l'entreprise
  • Diriger et coordonner des projets visant à améliorer les performances et les opérations de l'entreprise.
  • Effectuer toute activité demandée par le responsable ou toute partie prenante concernée.
  • Élaborer et tenir à jour des tableaux de bord des performances de l'entreprise, y compris les mesures / indicateurs clés de performance associés.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en COTE DIVOIRE.

FORMATION

  • Licence / Master en finance, comptabilité, économie ou similaire ;
  • Justifier 2-3 ans d'expérience en finance en tant que superviseur (pour la gestion des parties prenantes) ;
  • Expérience dans une entreprise multinationale, de préférence dans les industries B2B / alimentaires.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES ET QUALITES RECHERCHEES

  • Expertise, savoir- faire, compétence et qualités recherchées ;
  • Compétences techniques (SAP - systèmes ERP, Excel, PowerPoint) ;
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais des affaires (écrit et parlé) ;
  • Connaissance de Microsoft Office et des applications basées sur Google ;
  • Capacité d'adaptation ;
  • Attitude positive ;
  • Attitude professionnelle.
