  • Le poste de Gestionnaire Comptable et Financier sera rattaché à la Responsable Administratif et Financier.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Gestionnaire Comptable et Financier - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes:

  • Participer à lélaboration des budgets prévisionnels en fournissant notamment, si besoin, des informations sur lhistorique de nos comptes ;
  • Assurer la préparation, le suivi et la conformité des déclarations fiscales de lentreprise ;
  • Rassembler les pièces comptables ;
  • Proposer des écritures comptables et les enregistrer dans le logiciel de comptabilité après validation par toute personne désignée au sein de la Direction Administrative et Financière ;
  • Mettre en place et effectuer un suivi régulier et rigoureux de larchivage des pièces comptables et ainsi que tout autre document en lien avec lactivité de la Direction financière ;
  • Participer à lélaboration des documents financiers (bilan, comptes de résultats, tableaux de trésorerie, tableaux de bord de comptabilité et de gestion) et des états déclaratifs/reportings (autorités fiscales et sociales, actionnaires, prêteurs, autres tiers) ;
  • Participer à lenregistrement et au suivi des immobilisations ;
  • Effectuer des contrôles réguliers de cohérence comptable et fiscale à laide doutils Excel (tableaux croisés, contrôles automatisés) ;
  • Participer au suivi budgétaire via loutil dengagement dépenses ;
  • Effectuer régulièrement des opérations de contrôles des pièces comptables et ainsi que des saisies faites dans le logiciel comptable ;
  • Mettre en œuvre à fréquence définie les contrôles et rapprochements nécessaires à la fiabilisation des états financiers en collaboration avec les autres départements.

Cette liste de missions nest pas exhaustive et pourra intégrer toute autre action nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l'activité de la société.

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Gestionnaire Comptable et Financier - H/F

  • Être titulaire dun Bac+2 minimum en Finances et Comptabilité ou en Gestion des entreprises ;
  • Justifier de minimum d'un 3 années dans le domaine ou dans un cabinet comptable ;

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Gestionnaire Comptable et Financier - H/F

  • Respect de la sincérité et de la fiabilité des informations comptables et financières Respect des délais ;
  • Maitrise des techniques comptables et fiscales ;
  • Ouverture d'esprit (bon relationnel et capacité à se remettre en cause) ;
  • Sens de l'organisation ;
  • Respect des délais impartis pour la réalisation des tâches assignées ;
  • Rigueur dans le traitement des informations comptables et divers autres sujets ;
  • Capacité à progresser, apprendre, assimiler ;
  • Esprit d'équipe et bon relationnel ;
  • Bonne maitrise et pratique régulière des logiciels de bureautique (MS Office, Open office).
