RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

Le poste de Gestionnaire de paie H/F sera rattaché au responsable RH et au DAF.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Gestion de la paie :

  • Élaboration et gestion des bulletins de paie pour l'ensemble des collaborateurs (salariés, CDD, CDI, intérimaires, prestataires.) ;
  • Calcul des salaires, des primes, des heures supplémentaires et des absences (maladie, congés, maternité, etc.) ;
  • Prise en charge de la gestion des éléments variables de la paie (avances sur salaire, frais professionnels, etc.).

Déclarations sociales et fiscales :

  • Effectuer les déclarations sociales et fiscales (DSN, charges sociales, etc.) dans les délais impartis ;
  • Assurer la gestion des déclarations aux organismes sociaux.
  • Suivi des évolutions légales et conventionnelles :
  • Assurer la veille juridique et réglementaire relative à la législation du travail, aux conventions collectives et aux accords d'entreprise concernant la paie :
  • Appliquer les changements législatifs (augmentation du SMIC, changements de cotisations, etc.).
  • Gestion administrative et des dossiers des employés :
  • Mettre à jour les informations administratives des salariés (mutuelle, complémentaire santé, changement de statut, etc.) ;
  • Gérer les demandes de documents liés à la paie (attestations de salaire, certificat de travail, etc.).

Conseil et accompagnement des salariés :

  • Répondre aux questions des collaborateurs concernant leur paie, leurs congés, et autres éléments administratifs.
  • Assurer la confidentialité et la sécurité des données personnelles des collaborateurs.

Reporting et analyse :

  • Fournir des analyses et des rapports réguliers sur la masse salariale et les charges sociales;
  • Collaborer avec le service financier pour le suivi des paiements et des éventuelles régularisations fiscales et sociales.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'ivoire.

FORMATION

Gestionnaire de paie - H/F

  • Être titulaire au minimum d'un un Bac +2 /3/4/5 en gestion de la paie, ressources humaines, comptabilité ou gestion ;
  • Justifier de minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Gestionnaire de paie- H/F

Compétences techniques :

  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de paie (logiciel de paie, tableurs, etc.) ;
  • Connaissance approfondie de la législation sociale et fiscale en matière de paie (droit du travail, conventions collectives, etc.) ;
  • Compétences en gestion des déclarations sociales.

Compétences comportementales :

  • Rigueur, organisation et gestion des priorités :
  • Sens de la confidentialité et respect des données personnelles ;
  • Excellente capacité de communication, notamment pour répondre aux demandes des collaborateurs ;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un membre dune équipe.
