  • Le poste de HRBP Développement des compétences et performances sera rattaché au Responsable de Développement des Ressources Humaines.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

HRBP Développement des compétences et performances - H/F

La mission principale du titulaire du poste est la suivante : mettre en œuvre la politique de Développement des compétences et la performance des ressources humaines en cohérence avec les objectifs de la société.

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes:

Assurer le développement des compétences

  • Mettre en œuvre le plan de formation annuel ;
  • Collecter les expressions de besoins en formation des DO et les traiter ;
  • Identifier les formateurs internes et externes capables dassurer les différents modules de formation envisagés (expertise technique, qualités andragogiques, etc.) ;
  • Organiser le suivi administratif des opérations de formation interne et externe
  • Réaliser les évaluations à chaud et à froid des formations ;
  • Evaluer périodiquement les cabinets de formation
  • Réaliser le bilan des formations ;
  • Gérer les relations avec le FDFP (Conseiller FDFP).

Réaliser la gestion des performances des collaborateurs

  • Planifier et réaliser les évaluations du personnel ;
  • Réaliser le bilan des évaluations et proposer un plan daction ;
  • Ressortir les actions de formation et développement issues des évaluations.

Cette liste de missions nest pas exhaustive et pourra intégrer toute autre action nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l'activité de la société.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

HRBP Développement des compétences et performances - H/F

  • Être titulaire dun BAC+4/5 en Ressources Humaines, Sciences Sociales, 3ème cycle spécialisée en gestion des RH : DESS en GRH, Management, ou diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier de minimum 3 années dexpériences professionnelles à un poste similaire de préférence dans le secteur banque assurance.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

HRBP Développement des compétences et performances - H/F

  • Maitriser lingénierie de la formation professionnelle ;
  • Maitriser le processus de dévaluation des performances
  • Maîtriser les outils informatiques, en particulier les progiciels RH ;
  • Connaitre parfaitement les dispositions légales en matière formation ;
  • Savoir rédiger les rapports ;
  • Avoir une bonne capacité découte, dorganisation et dautonomie ;
  • Avoir une bonne expression écrite et orale.
