RATTACHEMENT HIÉRARCHIQUE

Le poste d'ingénieur génie civil-H/F sera rattaché à la Direction Générale.

MISSION PRINCIPALE, RESPONSABILITÉS ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Planifier et organiser les travaux de construction de bâtiment ;

Analyser les besoins des clients par la définition des projets et la proposition de choix techniques ;

Assurer le suivi des cahiers de charges pour chaque projet ;

Dimensionner le projet ;

Établir un coût prévisionnel global ;

Estimer la durée des travaux ;

Suivre le respect des règles de sécurité et QSE sur les chantiers ;

Effectuer le suivi des travaux (animation des réunions de suivi hebdomadaires et rédaction des comptes

rendus, gestion de la partie qualité/coût/délai/planification, gestion des aléas, constat contradictoire) ;

Coordonner les équipes et les sous-traitants impliqués dans les travaux de construction de bâtiment ;

Assurer le suivi des approvisionnements en matériaux et en équipements nécessaires ;

Assurer la qualité des relations avec les clients.

FORMATION

Être titulaire d'un bac +4/5 option génie civil ou équivalent ;

Justifier d'un minimum de 3 à 5 années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire.
