Le poste d'Ingénieur IT Chef de Projets Courant Faible sera rattaché au Pôle SSIM.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Ingénieur IT Chef de Projets Courant Faible – H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Assister au besoin l'équipe avant-vente dans l'élaboration des offres techniques ;
  • Analyser et déterminer la faisabilité technique des commandes reçues ;
  • Assurer la gestion entière et complète des projets dans le strict respect des cahiers des charges et des délais ;
  • Garantir la rentabilité des projets conformément aux prévisions ;
  • Définir les besoins des projets en vue de préparer les approvisionnements ;
  • Superviser, coordonner et assister les équipes dans la mise en œuvre des installations ;
  • Assurer la veille règlementaire liée à l'activité ;
  • Contribuer au développement commercial de l'activité par une chasse aux travaux supplémentaires ainsi que des métiers adjacents de l'entreprise sur les chantiers en cours.

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Ingénieur IT Chef de Projets Courant Faible – H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac +5 en Informatique / Systèmes d'information, Réseaux & télécoms, Génie électrique option courants faibles ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le déploiement techniques de projets IT, Télécoms.
  • Une expérience en gestion d'équipe et de budget est appréciée mais non obligatoire
  • ;
  • Être titulaire dune certification en CCNA / CCNP Entreprise (Routing/Switching/WLAN) ;
  • Être titulaire dune certification CCNP Collaboration / ACSE / ACFE.

Ingénieur IT Chef de Projets Courant Faible – H/F

Connaissances techniques :

1. Réseaux informatiques (Networking)

Connaissances fondamentales :

  • Modèle OSI et TCP/IP ;
  • Adressage IP (IPv4 / IPv6), subnetting, NAT, VLAN ;
  • Protocoles de base : DHCP, DNS, ARP, ICMP, NTP, STP, RSTP ;
  • Qualité de service (QoS), redondance, haute disponibilité ;
  • Conversion Voix (Codec, Compression Voix, Lattence,...) ;
  • QoS (Appliqué sur la Voix) ;
  • Protocole H323, SIP, RTP, RTCP.

Équipements et technologies :

  • Configuration et administration de switchs et routeurs (Cisco, H3C, HP, Mikrotik, etc.) ;
  • Gestion du WLAN (contrôleurs WiFi, APs, roaming, sécurité WPA3) ;
  • Firewalling : politiques, NAT, VPN, filtrage (Fortinet, H3C, Palo Alto, etc.) ;
  • Supervision réseau : PRTG, Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds ;
  • Téléphonie IP IPBX, Gateway, SBC (Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, ...).

2. Systèmes d'exploitation (Serveurs)

Environnements Windows :

  • Installation, configuration et administration de Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) ;
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, WSUS ;
  • Gestion des rôles et services (IIS, RDS, File Server, Print Server, etc.) ;

Environnements Linux :

  • Administration des distributions (Ubuntu Server, Debian, CentOS, Red Hat) ;
  • Gestion des utilisateurs, permissions, services, cron jobs ;
  • Outils et commandes shell (bash, systemctl, journalctl, etc.) ;
  • Sécurité Linux : iptables, fail2ban, SSH, SELinux.

3. Virtualisation et cloud privé

Technologies de virtualisation :

  • VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, Proxmox, KVM ;
  • Création, gestion et migration de machines virtuelles ;
  • Gestion du stockage virtuel, snapshots, templates ;
  • Haute disponibilité (HA), DRS, vMotion.
