Le poste d'Ingénieur Travaux sera rattaché à la Direction Technique.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Ingénieur Travaux – H/F

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Assurer la préparation, l'organisation et le suivi technique, administratif et financier des chantiers confiés, et garantir la bonne exécution des travaux dans le respect des délais, du budget, de la qualité et des normes de sécurité.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Ingénieur Travaux – H/F

Les principales fonctions et responsabilité du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Préparation des chantiers :

  • Analyser les dossiers techniques (plans, études, cahiers des charges) ;
  • Définir les méthodes d'exécution et les moyens nécessaires ;
  • Élaborer le planning des travaux ;
  • Participer à la consultation des fournisseurs et sous-traitants.

Pilotage et suivi des travaux :

  • Coordonner les équipes sur le terrain (chefs de chantier, ouvriers, sous-traitants) ;
  • Assurer le suivi de l'avancement des travaux ;
  • Contrôler la qualité des réalisations ;
  • Veiller au respect des règles HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement).

Gestion administrative et financière :

  • Suivre le budget des chantiers et optimiser les coûts ;
  • Établir les situations de travaux et les rapports d'avancement ;
  • Gérer les commandes et les approvisionnements ;
  • Participer aux réunions de chantier et rédiger les comptes rendus.

Relation client et partenaires :

  • Être l'interlocuteur des clients, bureaux d'études et partenaires ;
  • Gérer les éventuels litiges ou ajustements techniques ;
  • Représenter l'entreprise sur les chantiers.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Ingénieur Travaux – H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac+5 en Génie Civil / BTP ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 2 à 5 années d'expérience à un poste similaire ;
  • Une expérience terrain est fortement souhaitée.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Ingénieur Travaux – H/F

Connaissances techniques :

  • Bonnes connaissances en génie civil et techniques de construction ;
  • Bonnes connaissances de la lecture de plans et des logiciels techniques (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.) ;
  • Bonne connaissance des normes BTP et HSE.

Connaissances comportementales :

  • Leadership et sens du management ;
  • Rigueur et sens des responsabilités ;
  • Capacité d'adaptation et réactivité ;
  • Bon relationnel.
