MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

MANAGER COURTAGE CORPORATE - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Gestion du portefeuille Courtage et partenaires :
  • Gérer et prendre en charge les attentes, préoccupations et réclamations des courtiers ;
  • Elaborer les documents commerciaux : présentations Corporate - offres commerciales projets de convention - conventions des courtiers ;
  • Suivre la gestion des conventions, factures et autres documents dans le logiciel métier ;
  • Veiller à l'élaboration et la transmission des factures de renouvellement du portefeuille Courtage et autres factures ;
  • Suivre le recouvrement des primes et le règlement des commissions des courtiers et autres partenaires.
  • Organisation, animation et développement de la branche courtage
  • Développer et animer le réseau de courtiers ;
  • Identifier les besoins en formation des courtiers et partenaires et mettre en place les actions idoines ;
  • Négocier et conclure des partenariats stratégiques, en veillant à l'alignement avec la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise ;
  • Assurer le suivi des performances (chiffres d'affaires, marges, etc) et réaliser des reporting réguliers ;
  • Assurer une veille sur l'évolution de la réglementation relative aux produits d'assurance vie et au courtage.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'ivoire.

FORMATION

MANAGER COURTAGE CORPORATE - H/F

  • Être titulaire au minimum d'un BAC + 4/5 en Gestion commerciale, en Assurances ou tout autre diplôme équivalent.
  • Justifier de minimum 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle en vente et dans l'encadrement dune équipe commerciale de préférence dans le secteur des Banques et Assurances.

  • Maîtriser les techniques de négociation et de développement commercial;
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance approfondie des produits d'assurance vie et des réglementations applicables;
  • Savoir analyser des indicateurs de performance;
  • Maîtriser les techniques de vente et de prospection commerciale ;
  • Être dynamique et avoir le sens du relationnel ;
  • Maitriser les tableurs de traitement des données
  • Avoir le sens de l'anticipation, de la réactivité, le sens de l'innovation et le gout de la performance ;
  • Être capable de travailler sous pression et savoir gérer le stress ;
  • Faire preuve d'intégrité et d'objectivité ;
  • Etre organisé, méthodique et critique ;
  • Être capable de communiquer de façon efficace ;
  • Disposer dune bonne capacité d'écoute
  • Avoir le sens de l'initiative.
