Le poste de Manager des établissements de santé sera rattaché à la Direction Générale et en collaboration avec la Direction Médicale.

MISSION PRINCIPALE

Manager des Etablissements de Santé H/F

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tâche suivante :

  • Il/elle est chargé d'accompagner la Direction Médicale dans la gestion stratégique et opérationnelle de notre centre.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Manager des Etablissements de Santé- H/F

Les principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Optimiser la gestion opérationnelle du CMAG;
  • Superviser l'organisation des services médicaux et paramédicaux;
  • Veiller à l'amélioration continue des procédures et des flux de patients;
  • Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance et en assurer le suivi;
  • Développer le chiffre d'affaires et la rentabilité;
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de croissance et d'amélioration des revenus;
  • Identifier et développer de nouveaux services à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Renforcer les relations avec les mutuelles, les assurances et les partenaires de santé;
  • Optimiser la satisfaction des patients et la qualité des soins;
  • Développer des actions pour améliorer l'expérience et la fidélisation des patients;
  • S'assurer du respect des normes de qualité et d'hygiène;
  • Former et accompagner les équipes dans une culture d'excellence;
  • Piloter les ressources humaines et financières
  • Gérer et animer les équipes en instaurant un management participatif et motivant;
  • Assurer un suivi budgétaire efficace et optimiser les coûts sans compromettre la qualité.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Etre titulaire d'un Bac+4/Bac+5 en Gestion des Établissements de Santé, Management Hospitalier, Administration des Affaires, ou équivalent.
  • Justifier d'un Minimum de 5 années d'expérience en gestion d'établissement de santé, clinique ou centre médical.
