Le Responsable hôtellerie sera sous la supervision de la Direction Générale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Être en charge des réservations de nos 2 complexes hôteliers privés ainsi que celle de la restauration occasionnelle ;
  • Assurer la gestion du personnel sous sa responsabilité et la gestion financière;
  • Maintenir les critères sanitaires, hygiène, rangement, maintenance, espace vert;
  • Contrôler l'utilisation du matériel/équipement par les invités et le personnel;
  • Émission régulière de rapports, état du parc hôtelier, Instagram, etc

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Responsable hôtellerie - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Elaborer avec rigueur la politique de communication ;
  • Développer une stratégie de communication en collaboration avec la Direction ;
  • Fixer les objectifs et suivre les résultats des différentes actions et campagnes ;
  • Analyser les résultats des actions de communication et leur impact commercial ;
  • Organiser et améliorer les actions de communication ;
  • Elaborer les messages et leurs supports les plus pertinents, dans le cadre du
  • budget imparti, les tester, en assurant la cohérence entre message, image de l'entreprise, et stratégie ;
  • Réaliser les supports et les actualiser : écrits, photos, fiches produits, catalogues, films, dossiers presse, campagne publicitaire, etc
  • Faire diffuser les messages : acheter les espaces publicitaires, alimenter le réseau en supports ;
  • Organiser les conférences de presse, etc
  • Coordonner l'évolution du showroom et les activités correspondantes : visites, photos, etc
  • Contribuer à la promotion et l'évolution de limage de la société
  • Analyser la notoriété, les remontées du réseau de distribution et la cohérence des messages ;
  • Proposer des actions évènementielles et mettre l'accent sur une communication institutionnelle dynamique ;
  • Développer le site web et l'animer pour améliorer la notoriété, le dynamisme du réseau et faciliter la communication interne ;
  • Préparer et participer aux manifestations, salons et expositions

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d' Ivoire.

FORMATION

Responsable hôtellerie - H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+3 en hôtellerie, ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier une expérience de minimum 4 années à un poste similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

  • Avoir une bonne élocution ;
  • Avoir de solides compétences d'encadrement et de gestion du personnel
  • Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène et sanitaires ;
  • Être très à l'aise en gestion de stock ;
  • Avoir un très bon sens commercial ;
  • Maîtriser les outils informatique et d'application de gestion hôtelière ;
  • Garantir la satisfaction client.
