Le Manager Gestionnaire de salle sera sous la supervision de la Direction.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tache suivante : Assurer le bon fonctionnement et la gestion opérationnelle de la salle tout en garantissant une expérience client de qualité. Il/elle est le relais de la direction sur le terrain et encadre les équipes de service.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Superviser et animer l'équipe de salle (serveurs, chefs de rang, hôtes/hôtesses) ;
  • Organiser les plannings, briefings et répartition des tâches ;
  • Veiller à la discipline, la motivation et à l'excellence du service ;
  • Garantir une mise en place optimale de la salle ;
  • Sassurer du respect des standards d'accueil, de service et d'hygiène ;
  • Coordonner les flux entre salle et cuisine pour un service fluide Gérer les réservations et la capacité daccueil ;
  • Contrôler les stocks, les besoins en matériel ou fournitures pour la salle ;
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (satisfaction client, rotation des tables, etc.) ;
  • Accueillir et fidéliser la clientèle avec professionnalisme ;
  • Traiter les retours, avis ou réclamations de manière proactive ;
  • Assurer une présence visible et disponible en salle.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote divoire.

FORMATION

Le Manager Gestionnaire de salle H/F

Être titulaire dun Bac+2 en Hôtellerie, Restauration, Management ou équivalent ;

Justifier au minimum de deux (02) années dexpérience professionnelle à un poste similaire. Idéalement dans la Restauration commerciale ou semi-gastronomique.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

Maîtrise des techniques de service en salle (à lassiette, au plateau) ;

Maîtrise des outils de caisse, de réservation et de reporting ;

Notions de gestion RH (planning, gestion des heures, etc.).

Bonne présentation et sens de l'accueil ;

Gestion du stress et réactivité ;

Esprit d'équipe ;

Polyvalence et autonomie;
