MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Manager Lounge Bar H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Management de léquipe :

  • Encadrer et superviser l'équipe de serveurs et barmans ;
  • Former et motiver les équipes pour offrir un service de qualité ;
  • Planifier les horaires et organiser les plannings de léquipe ;
  • Assurer une bonne communication au sein de léquipe et avec les autres départements de létablissement ;

Gestion du service :

  • Veiller à la bonne mise en place et au bon déroulement du service au bar lounge ;
  • Accueillir les clients et garantir un service rapide, professionnel et convivial ;
  • Veiller à ce que les commandes soient prises et servies avec précision et dans les délais ;
  • Assurer la gestion des stocks de boissons, de la préparation des cocktails et des commandes ;
  • Sassurer que les standards de qualité (produits, service, présentation) sont respectés.

Suivi des normes et procédures :

  • Veiller à la bonne application des normes dhygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (selon la réglementation en vigueur) ;
  • Maintenir la propreté du bar, de la zone de service et de lespace lounge ;
  • Gérer les inventaires et contrôler les niveaux de stock (boissons, matériel, etc.) ;
  • Assurer le respect des procédures de fermeture du bar (comptes, rangement, nettoyage).

Relation client :

  • Garantir un service client irréprochable et résoudre les réclamations des clients de manière efficace et professionnelle ;
  • Fidéliser la clientèle en veillant à leur satisfaction tout au long de leur expérience au bar lounge ;
  • Proposer des offres spéciales ou des événements pour dynamiser lactivité du bar.

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte dIvoire.

  • Justifier dun minimum de 6 mois dexpérience professionnelle à un poste similaire.

  • Leader, encadrer, motiver et former une équipe ;

  • Être créatif pour proposer des offres spéciales ;
  • Être rigoureux, autonome et polyvalent dans les opérations quotidiennes.
