Le poste de Manager QHSE sera rattaché à la Direction Générale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Manager QHSE - H/F

  • La mission principale du titulaire du poste est la suivante : définir et piloter la politique Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement afin d'assurer la conformité réglementaire, la maîtrise des risques et l'amélioration continue des performances de l'entreprise.

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Management QHSE

  • Définir, déployer et piloter la politique Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement ;
  • Mettre en place, maintenir et améliorer les systèmes de management QHSE conformément aux normes ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 ;
  • Élaborer les procédures, instructions et outils de suivi QHSE ;
  • Assurer la veille réglementaire et garantir la conformité aux exigences légales et normatives ;
  • Réaliser les audits internes et accompagner les audits externes ;
  • Mettre en œuvre les plans d'actions correctifs et préventifs ;
  • Piloter les indicateurs de performance QHSE (KPI) ;

Santé, Sécurité et Environnement

  • Prévenir les risques professionnels et environnementaux ;
  • Mettre en place les plans de prévention, d'urgence et de gestion de crise ;
  • Sensibiliser, former et accompagner les équipes aux bonnes pratiques HSE ;
  • Superviser les enquêtes en cas d'incident ou d'accident de travail.

Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises (RSE)

  • Définir et piloter la stratégie RSE de l'entreprise ;
  • Mettre en œuvre des actions à impact social, environnemental et sociétal ;
  • Déployer des programmes de sensibilisation interne à la RSE ;
  • Assurer le reporting RSE et contribuer aux démarches de labellisation et de certification.

Management & Pilotage

  • Encadrer et animer l'équipe QHSE ;
  • Assurer la coordination avec les directions opérationnelles, techniques et RH ;
  • Accompagner les projets stratégiques liés à la croissance de l'entreprise.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Manager QHSE - H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac+4/5 en Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement, Génie industriel, Management des risques, Développement durable ou tout autre diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier de 7 à 10 années d'expérience professionnelle idéalement dans les secteurs suivants : Énergie, Industrie, BTP, Oil & Gas, Infrastructures, Télécoms.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Manager QHSE - H/F

  • Maîtrise des référentiels ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 ;
  • Excellente connaissance de la réglementation HSE ;
  • Solides compétences en audit, gestion des risques et conformité ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des enjeux RSE et développement durable ;
  • Leadership ;
  • Sens de l'organisation et rigueur ;
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse ;
  • Capacité de communication et de pédagogie ;
  • Autonomie et sens des responsabilités ;
  • Force de proposition ;
  • Gestion des priorités et résistance au stress.
