MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

MANAGER RECOUVREMENT - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Définir le processus de recouvrement et mettre en place la procédure;
  • Superviser et optimiser la gestion du recouvrement des primes ;
  • Assurer l'animation de l'équipe de recouvrement ;
  • Assurer la formation et le développement des membres de l'équipe ;
  • Suivre l'efficacité des actions mises en place et faire les ajustements nécessaires ;
  • Faire l'analyse des performances et identifier les axes d'amélioration ;
  • Assurer l'amélioration continue de la stratégie de recouvrement ;
  • Mettre en place et assurer l'optimisation des outils de recouvrement ;
  • Assurer la veille concurrentielle et règlementaire ;
  • Proposer des ajustements aux stratégies et aux processus pour améliorer l'efficacité du recouvrement ;
  • Etablir le reporting du recouvrement.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'ivoire.

FORMATION

MANAGER RECOUVREMENT - H/F

  • Être titulaire au minimum d'un Bac + 4/5 en droit, Gestion commerciale ou tout autre diplôme équivalent.
  • Justifier de minimum 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire de préférence dans le secteur des Banques et Assurances.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

  • Avoir des compétences en analyse de données et reporting ;
  • Avoir le sens de la négociation ;
  • Avoir le sens du respect, de la confidentialité et de la relation client
  • Maîtriser les outils bureautiques (Word-Excel-Outlook-Powerpoint) ;
  • Etre orienté résultat et savoir manager efficacement une équipe ;
  • Être capable de travailler sous pression et savoir gérer le stress ;
  • Faire preuve d'intégrité et d'objectivité ;
  • Etre organisé, méthodique et critique ;
  • Être capable de communiquer de façon efficace ;
  • Disposer dune bonne capacité d'écoute et savoir faire preuve de discrétion ;
  • Avoir le sens de l'initiative ;
  • Etre dynamique et réactif.
