RATTACHEMENT HIERARCHIQUE

L'Opérateur de Central à Béton sera sous la supervision du Responsable.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • L'Opérateur de Centrale à Béton assure la production quotidienne du béton, la gestion des dosages, le suivi des paramètres de qualité, ainsi que la maintenance de premier niveau de la centrale. Il garantit la fiabilité de la production, la continuité des opérations et la qualité du béton livré ou utilisé en préfabrication.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Assurer la production du béton selon les formules et ordres de fabrication ;
  • Piloter la centrale MEKA / ELKON et ajuster les paramètres (dosage, humidité, malaxage) ;
  • Garantir la qualité du béton et appliquer les procédures de contrôle (slump, conformité) ;
  • Effectuer la maintenance de premier niveau et participer aux interventions préventives/correctives ;
  • Surveiller l'état de la centrale, détecter les anomalies et intervenir rapidement ;
  • Gérer les flux de matières premières (ciment, granulats, eau, adjuvants) ;
  • Tenir les rapports journaliers de production et signaler incidents/pannes ;
  • Respecter strictement les règles HSE et maintenir la propreté du poste ;
  • Coordonner avec la production, le laboratoire, la logistique et la maintenance.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

  • Être titulaire d'un BAC+2 en électromécanique, mécanique industrielle, génie civil, maintenance industrielle ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier de 3 à 7 ans comme opérateur de centrale BPE ou préfabrication.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

  • Maîtrise des centrales MEKA et/ou ELKON indispensable (automates, logiciel de pilotage, pesage) ;
  • Excellente connaissance des formulations béton, du BPE et des contrôles liés (slump, corrections d'humidité) ;
  • Compétences confirmées en maintenance de centrale : pneumatique, électricité de base, mécanique ;
  • Sens de la rigueur, discipline, réactivité et capacité à travailler sous pression ;
  • Bon niveau sur les outils numériques (ERP, tablettes, saisie de rapports).
