  • L'opérateur de vente en ligne sera rattaché à la Direction Commerciale.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

La mission principale du poste est la suivante : d'assurer la réception, l'émission des appels, d'informer et conseiller les clients, de traiter leurs demandes et réclamations et de contribuer à leur satisfaction et à leur fidélisation

L'Opérateur de vente en ligne – H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Accueil et relation client

  • Réceptionner les appels entrants des clients et prospects.
  • Identifier rapidement les besoins et attentes des interlocuteurs.
  • Fournir des informations précises sur les produits et services.
  • Orienter les clients vers les services concernés lorsque nécessaire.
  • Assurer une qualité d'accueil et de communication irréprochable.

Gestion des appels sortants

  • Effectuer des appels de prospection.
  • Relancer les prospects et clients.
  • Réaliser des enquêtes de satisfaction.
  • Effectuer des campagnes de fidélisation.
  • Informer les clients sur les offres, promotions et nouveaux services.

Traitement des demandes

  • Enregistrer les demandes et réclamations dans l'outil de gestion.
  • Apporter une réponse de premier niveau.
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers nécessitant une intervention complémentaire.
  • Respecter les procédures et délais de traitement.

Suivi et reporting

  • Renseigner correctement les informations dans le CRM.
  • Assurer le suivi des prospects contactés.
  • Produire les reportings d'activité.

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

L'Opérateur de vente en ligne – H/F

  • Être titulaire BAC/BAC+2 en Commerce, Marketing, Communication, Relation Client ou tout autre diplôme équivalent.
  • Avoir une Formation en Commerce, Vente, Communication, Marketing
  • Justifier d'une première expérience en vente, télévente, e-commerce.
