RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

People & Culture Manager – H/F

Les principales fonctions et responsabilités du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Stratégie People & Culture

  • Définir et piloter la stratégie RH et de marque employeur de l'entreprise ;
  • Déployer des actions visant à attirer et retenir les talents clés ;
  • Concevoir des programmes d'intégration et de fidélisation adaptés à la culture de l'entreprise.

Recrutement & Marque Employeur

  • Impulser des initiatives pour promouvoir limage de l'entreprise auprès des candidats et du marché ;
  • Participer activement au recrutement de profils stratégiques en lien avec la direction et les managers opérationnels ;
  • Créer des expériences candidats engageantes et cohérentes avec les valeurs de l'entreprise.

Culture d'entreprise & Engagement

  • Développer et animer des programmes de communication interne et de culture d'entreprise ;
  • Créer des initiatives visant à renforcer l'engagement, la motivation et le bien-être des collaborateurs ;
  • Concevoir et suivre des indicateurs RH liés à l'engagement, à la satisfaction et à la performance des équipes.

Collaboration & Conseil

  • Accompagner les managers dans la gestion de leurs équipes et le développement des compétences ;
  • Conseiller la direction générale sur les politiques RH, l'organisation et les pratiques de gestion des talents ;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le cabinet externe de gestion RH, en apportant l'expertise interne et la connaissance de la culture d'entreprise.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

People & Culture Manager – H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac+4/5 en Ressources Humaines, Psychologie du travail, Management ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier de 7 à 10 ans d'expérience minimum, idéalement dans un cabinet de recrutement, ou un environnement exigeant en marque employeur et culture d'entreprise ;
  • Une expérience démontrée en gestion des talents, développement de la culture d'entreprise et engagement des collaborateurs.

COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES

  • Maîtrise des processus de recrutement et d'attraction des talents ;
  • Excellente connaissance des stratégies de marque employeur et des bonnes pratiques RH ;

  • Connaissance des outils digitaux RH et des techniques de communication interne.
