La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tache suivante :

  • Assurer l'activité de la Pharmacie à Usage Intérieur et la prise en charge médicamenteuse des usagers.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Pharmacien chef de services - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Sécuriser le circuit du médicament ;
  • Coordonner les activités de gestion et d'approvisionnement en médicaments et en dispositifs médicaux ;
  • Gérer le personnel placé sous sa responsabilité ;
  • Participer au maintien et à l'évolution du service ;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de Direction, le pharmacien et les différentes équipes médicales, médico techniques et paramédicales de l'hôpital ;
  • Dispenser les produits pharmaceutiques aux patients (analyse les prescriptions avec intervention pharmaceutique si besoin (contre-indication ou d'interaction avec d'autres traitements) ;
  • préparation éventuelle des doses à administrer, délivrance, conseils de bon usage, proposition de substitutions ou de modifications de traitement jugées nécessaires ;
  • Piloter les processus qualité relatifs au circuit des médicaments et des dispositifs médicaux ;
  • Participer aux actions de pharmacovigilance, de matériovigilance et autres vigilances sanitaires ;
  • Assurer la sécurisation du circuit du médicament à travers des actions qualité, sécurité des soins et gestion des risques ;
  • Présider la commission du médicament et des dispositifs médicaux ;;
  • Garantir la sécurité et la stérilisation des dispositifs médicaux ainsi que la qualité des produits utilisés ;
  • Etablir les besoins de formation continue.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote divoire.

FORMATION

Pharmacien chef de services - H/F

  • Être titulaire dun DOCTORAT DETAT en pharmacie ou, équivalent ;
  • Justifier au minimum de 2 années dexpérience professionnelle ;
  • Avoir une expérience dans le domaine hospitalier ou dans une officine.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

  • Connaissance des protocoles hospitaliers, des référentiels qualité, des bonnes pratiques de pharmacie hospitalière ;
  • Dispositifs médicaux et produits de parapharmacie ; Sens du service et bon relationnel avec les patients ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et logiciels de gestion pharmaceutique ;
  • Rigueur, organisation et respect des procédures réglementaires ;
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer les priorités Connaissance des médicaments.
