MISSIONS

PRE-SALES CYBERSECURITE -H/F

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tache suivante :

Le Pré-Sales en Cybersécurité sera responsable de comprendre les besoins des clients en matière de sécurité informatique, de leur présenter les solutions appropriées, de démontrer la valeur ajoutée et de les accompagner tout au long du processus de vente.

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Analyse des besoins des clients : Comprendre les besoins en matière de cybersécurité des clients potentiels et existants pour recommander des solutions adaptées ;
  • Présentation des solutions : Présenter les solutions de cybersécurité de la société aux clients, en mettant en avant leurs fonctionnalités et leurs avantages ;
  • Démonstrations techniques : Effectuer des démonstrations techniques pour illustrer l'efficacité des solutions de cybersécurité proposée ;
  • Support technique : Fournir un soutien technique aux équipes de vente lors des présentations et des négociations avec les clients ;
  • Élaboration de propositions commerciales : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente pour élaborer des propositions commerciales sur mesure répondant aux besoins spécifiques des clients ;
  • Collaboration avec les partenaires : Travailler avec les partenaires commerciaux pour renforcer leur compréhension des solutions de cybersécurité et les aider dans leurs activités de vent ;
  • Veille technologique : Rester à jour sur les dernières tendances et innovations en matière de cybersécurité pour maintenir une expertise de pointe ;
  • Réponse aux appels d'offres : Participer à la rédaction et à la préparation des réponses aux appels d'offres liés à la cybersécurité ;
  • Formation et sensibilisation : Former les équipes de vente et les partenaires sur les solutions de cybersécurité et les sensibiliser aux enjeux de sécurité informatique ;
  • Suivi des projets : Assurer un suivi régulier des projets en cours pour garantir la satisfaction des clients et le respect des délais.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

PRE-SALES CYBERSECURITE -H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac+ 5 en informatique de gestion ;
  • Justifier au minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine technique et commercial ou d'expérience similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

COMPETENCES

  • Capacité à communiquer de manière claire et concise avec des clients techniques et non techniques ;
  • Excellentes compétences techniques en cybersécurité, avec une connaissance approfondie des solutions de sécurité informatique ;
  • Excellentes compétences en présentation et en démonstration pour illustrer les avantages des solutions de cybersécurité ;
  • Expérience dans la préparation de propositions commerciales et la réponse aux appels d'offres ;
  • Orientation client et souci de répondre aux besoins spécifiques des clients ;
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques, des logiciels de cybersécurité, de la Gestion Commerciale dans SAGE - Connaissance des normes et réglementations en matière de cybersécurité (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) ;
  • Forte capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes ;
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, en présentation et en négociation ;
  • Bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise.
