Les principales missions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

PROJECT MANAGER OFFICER - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Mettre en place et suivre la mise en œuvre de la gouvernance de chaque projet
  • Accompagner les responsables projets dans la conduite de leurs projets depuis leur conception jusqu'à leur livraison
  • Accompagner les pilotes dans le suivi des budgets et les coûts associés à chaque étape du projet ;
  • Assurer le suivi de la délivrance des livrables attendus dans les délais requis ;
  • Gérer les conflits et les problèmes qui peuvent survenir ;
  • Fournir des rapports réguliers et des présentations sur l'avancement du projet et les résultats obtenus.
  • Assurer la clôture des projets après la restitution des livrables.

LOCALISATION

  • Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'ivoire.

FORMATION

PROJECT MANAGER OFFICER - H/F

  • Être titulaire au minimum d'un Bac +4/5 en gestion de projet, management des organisations ou tout autre diplôme équivalent.
  • Justifier de minimum 03 années d'expérience à un poste de gestion de projet de préférence dans le secteur des Banques et Assurances.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

PROJECT MANAGER OFFICER - H/F

  • Connaitre en suivi-évaluation des projets ;
  • Connaissance en suivi budgétaire des projets ;
  • Connaissance en management des risques
  • Maitriser la méthodologie de gestion de projet (méthodes Agile, Prince 2, PMP, ITIL...)
  • Maitriser les techniques de planification stratégique et opérationnelle ;
  • Maitriser les techniques d'élaboration et suivi du budget projet ;
  • Maitriser les techniques d'ordonnancement des activités/lots des projets ;
  • Maitriser les techniques d'élaboration des termes de référence et de gestion des avenants ;
  • Maitriser les techniques d'animation dune équipe de et outils de résolution de problèmes ;
  • Maîtriser des logiciels de traitement des données (Excel, Access) et l'utilisation de PowerPoint ;
  • Etre capable de travailler sous pression et à gérer le stress ;
  • Etre capable de communiquer de façon efficace ;
  • Connaissance en management des projets.
