Le poste de Référent Protection & Suivi Social sera sous la supervision du Bureau exécutif.

MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Référent Protection & Suivi Social - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

Accompagnement direct

  • Organiser les séances d'écoute et la prise en charge des survivantes de VBG ;
  • Faire le référencement et le suivi des cas auprès des structures spécialisées (santé, juridique, psychosocial);
  • Garantir à tout moment le respect de la confidentialité.

Outils et innovation

  • Actualiser les outils de collecte de données pour améliorer la qualité du suivi ;
  • Mettre en place un mécanisme d'appui aux activités génératrices de revenus (AGR) pour les survivantes de VBG ;
  • Contribuer à la mise à jour de la cartographie des prestataires de services dans les zones d'intervention.

Renforcement et prévention

  • Appuyer l'équipe dans la mise en place d'espaces de parole pour les bénéficiaires ;
  • Renforcer les capacités des consultantes, bénévoles et leaders communautaires/religieux sur la protection et légalité de genre ;
  • Appuyer l'équipe dans l'organisation d'activités communautaires de sensibilisation.

Reporting et coordination

  • Produire les rapports internes liés aux activités de protection ;
  • Contribuer à la rédaction des rapports périodiques aux bailleurs (section protection) ;
  • Participer aux réunions internes et aux cadres de coordination VBG externes.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

Référent Protection & Suivi Social - H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac +2 en Sciences sociales, Psychologie, Droit ou diplôme équivalent ;
  • Justifier d'un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en Protection, VBG ou Travail communautaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

Référent Protection & Suivi Social - H/F

  • Connaissances pratiques en gestion des cas de VBG et en animation de groupes ;
  • Compétences en communication et sens de la confidentialité ;
  • Maîtrise du français (au moins une langue locale est un atout).
