  • Organiser, planifier et superviser les déménagements (B2B et B2C)

Responsable des opérations - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Recruter, former et encadrer les équipes de manutentionnaires ;
  • Gérer la flotte logistique (camions, matériel de manutention, sécurité) ;
  • Assurer la qualité de service et la satisfaction client ;
  • Contrôler les coûts opérationnels et optimiser la rentabilité des tournées;
  • Mettre en place des procédures de travail normalisées (SOP) ;
  • Produire des reportings hebdomadaires sur les indicateurs clés d' activité ;
  • Participer activement à la croissance de l'entreprise (réponses aux appels d'offres, pilotage de projets spéciaux).

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d' Ivoire.

FORMATION Responsable des opérations - H/F

  • Être diplômé d'un BAC+4/5 en Gestion, Management, ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier de 5 années d'expérience à un poste similaire ou dans les opérations de déménagement ou logistique.

COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES

  • Très bonne connaissance du terrain, des réalités du marché ivoirien et des exigences clients.

COMPETENCES COMPORTEMENTALES

  • Leadership, rigueur, sens de l'organisation ; Bonne maîtrise des outils de planification/logistique et des outils bureautiques ;
  • Discrétion, sens de l'engagement, esprit entrepreneurial.
