MISSIONS, RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tache suivante : Assurer le pilotage administratif intégral du projet d'ouverture de l'hôtel, en garantissant la conformité avec les exigences légales et réglementaires locales, et en créant les conditions administratives optimales pour une ouverture réussie.

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Élaborer un planning des démarches administratives, avec jalons clairs jusquà l'ouverture ;
  • Monter les dossiers de demandes dautorisations dexploitation (permis, licence dexploitation hôtelière, autorisations sanitaires, sécurité incendie, environnement, etc.) ;
  • Assurer la conformité réglementaire avec la législation ivoirienne en matière d'hôtellerie, urbanisme, fiscalité, emploi, hygiène et sécurité ;
  • Suivre les relations avec les administrations publiques, collectivités locales, organismes de régulation, cabinets de conseil et de notariat ;
  • La gestion administrative globale de l'établissement ;
  • Rédiger des comptes rendus réguliers à la direction du projet (avancement, risques, échéances) ;
  • Mettre en place des procédures de classement et de sécurisation documentaire (physique et numérique) ;
  • Participer aux réunions de pilotage avec les autres pôles (technique, juridique, financier, RH, exploitation) ;
  • Appuyer le montage des contrats administratifs (prestataires, sous-traitants, partenaires techniques) ;
  • La coordination des équipes et lélaboration des plannings ;
  • L'organisation des services : hébergement, restauration, personnel ;
  • La formation des nouvelles recrues ;
  • Suivre les besoins en recrutement et formation du personnel.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote divoire.

FORMATION

Le responsable administratif dhôtel H/F

  • Être titulaire dun Bac+4/5 en Droit, Gestion, Hôtellerie ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier au minimum de trois (03) années d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire.
  • Expérience obligatoire dans un poste administratif similaire au sein d'un hôtel 4 étoiles ou plus ;
  • Solide connaissance des réglementations liées à l'ouverture d'un établissement hôtelier en Côte dIvoire.

COMPETENCES

  • Maîtrise du droit administratif, du droit hôtelier, des normes de sécurité, et des obligations sociales ;
  • Excellente capacité de rédaction, danalyse et de suivi de dossiers ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et des outils de gestion documentaire.
  • Techniques de vente et de négociation ;
  • Capacité à analyser les besoins l'établissement.

QUALITES

  • Rigueur, autonomie et sens de la responsabilité ;
  • Fortes capacités de coordination, de négociation et d'adaptation ;
  • Bonne communication interpersonnelle et capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés (institutionnels, juridiques, opérationnels ;
  • Une forte capacité d'organisation, d'encadrement et de structuration.
