RESPONSABLE ADMINISTRATIF ET FINANCIER - H/F

La principale mission du titulaire du poste se résume à la tache suivante :

  • Piloter la gestion administrative, comptable et financière de l'entreprise en garantissant la fiabilité des comptes, assurer le respect des obligations légales et réglementaires, contribuer à la stratégie de développement par l'analyse et suivre la performance financière.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

RESPONSABLE ADMINISTRATIF ET FINANCIER - H/F

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Superviser la comptabilité générale et analytique ;
  • Préparer les états financiers (bilans, comptes de résultats, annexes) ;
  • Élaborer et suivre le budget, les prévisions et les plans de trésorerie ;
  • Gérer la relation avec les banques, investisseurs et partenaires financiers ;
  • Suivre les encaissements, décaissements et la gestion des risques financiers ;
  • Assurer la conformité légale, fiscale et sociale de l'entreprise ;
  • Gérer les contrats, conventions, baux, assurances et obligations légales ;
  • Superviser l'administration du personnel (paie, déclarations sociales, contrats de travail) ;
  • Être l'interlocuteur des administrations (impôts, organismes sociaux, etc.) ;
  • Concevoir et suivre des indicateurs de performance financière ;
  • Analyser les écarts entre les prévisions et les résultats ;
  • Proposer des actions correctives et accompagner la direction dans les prises de décision ;
  • Produire des reportings mensuels et des tableaux de bord fiables ;
  • Encadrer l'équipe administrative, comptable et financière ;
  • Définir, améliorer et sécuriser les procédures internes ;
  • Accompagner la montée en compétences des collaborateurs.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à San-Pedro, Côte d'ivoire.

FORMATION

RESPONSABLE ADMINISTRATIF ET FINANCIER - H/F

  • Être titulaire d'un Bac+4/5 en Finance, Comptabilité, Gestion, Audit, Économie ou équivalent ;
  • Justifier au minimum de cinq (05) années d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, COMPETENCES

RESPONSABLE ADMINISTRATIF ET FINANCIER - H/F

COMPETENCES

  • Maîtrise des normes comptables et fiscales locales et internationales ;
  • Bonne connaissance du contrôle de gestion et de l'analyse financier ;
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (ERP, logiciels de comptabilité, Excel avancé) ;
  • Bonne connaissance du droit social, fiscal et des obligations légales des entreprises ;
  • Capacité à établir des reportings financiers clairs et pertinents.
