RESPONSABLE ADMINISTRATIF -H/F

MISSIONS

La principale mission du titulaire du poste est d'assurer la gestion et la coordination des activités administratives de l'entreprise, afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement des services, le respect des obligations légales et réglementaires, ainsi que l'optimisation des ressources internes.

RESPONSABILITE ET PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Les responsabilités et principales fonctions du titulaire du poste se résument aux tâches suivantes :

  • Superviser et coordonner les activités administratives de l'entreprise ;
  • Mettre en place et suivre les procédures internes ;
  • Gérer les dossiers du personnel, les contrats, les congés et autres obligations légales ;
  • Assurer le suivi budgétaire prévisionnel et assurer le suivi budgétaire ;
  • Contrôler les écritures comptables et superviser la comptabilité générale ;
  • Suivre la trésorerie, les paiements fournisseurs et la facturation clients ;
  • Gérer les formalités juridiques liées à la vie de l'entreprise (déclaration, mise à jour légales, etc) ;
  • Gérer les litiges éventuels avec les partenaires, fournisseurs ou clients.

Cette liste de missions n'est pas exhaustive et pourra intégrer toute autre action nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l'activité de la société.

LOCALISATION

Le poste est basé à Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire.

FORMATION

RESPONSABLE ADMINISTRATIF - H/F

  • Être titulaire au minimum d'un un Bac +4/5 en Administration des entreprises, Contrôle de gestion, Droit des affaires ou tout autre diplôme équivalent.
  • Justifier de minimum 03 ans d'expérience professionnelle à un poste similaire.

EXPERTISE SAVOIR-FAIRE, QUALITES RECHERCHES

RESPONSABLE ADMINISTRATIF -H/F

COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES

  • Capacité à rédiger et analyser des contrats ;
  • Maitrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) ;
  • Maitrise de la comptabilité générale et analytique ;
  • Maitrise des logiciels comptables / ERP (Sage, Quick books, etc) ;
  • Connaissances du droit des affaires et du droit du travail.

QUALITES

  • Rigueur, organisation et sens des priorités ;
  • Discrétion, confidentialité et sens de l'éthique ;
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse ;
  • Capacité à prendre des décisions et à anticiper.
